Christmas is the day where Christians celebrate the fulfillment of the promises of God, of God condescending to people so that people might find again a true humanity and exalt the glory of God. Christmas is for the faithful a reminder of freedom from the just wrath of God, of peace among brothers and sisters, and above all of the hope we have in the future, in a just and equitable kingdom which shall exist world without end. Christ has come and will come again in glory.
